Das BILDUNGSWERK der NIEDERSÄCHSISCHEN WIRTSCHAFT ist eine gemeinnützige GmbH, hinter der 24 Arbeitgeberverbände als Gesellschafter stehen. Seit seiner Gründung 1969 hat sich das BNW zu einem der größten Bildungsdienstleister in Niedersachsen, mit mehr als 1200 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern an rund 70 Standorten, entwickelt.

Ready for Europe wird als JOBSTARTER – Projekt aus Mitteln der EU und des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) gefördert, vom Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) fachlich begleitet und ist inhaltlich als Programm zur Verbesserung der Ausbildungsstruktur konzipiert.
